Alderman Jacobsen was recently re-elected on April 6, 2010 to serve his second term as Ward One Alderman. He was elected by write in vote on April 4th, 2006, and was subsequently re-elected in 2008. Prior to being elected to the Board of Alderman, Alderman Jacobsen served on the Planning & Zoning Commission. Alderman Jacobsen serves on the Board of Alderman as President of the Board, filling in as Mayor Pro Tem in the absence of the Mayor.
