New Alderman Alan Carter has been elected to serve as a Ward Two Alderman. (Replacing Roy Scott who has retired after many years of service on Planning & Zoning, and the Board of Alderman.) Alan Carter and his family have been active members in the Flint Hill community for many years. The Mayor and Board welcomes Alderman Carter and looks forward to serving with him on the Board.
